Over the last few years the Democratic Party in Brevard County has been working to reorganize. As part of that effort, the Brevard County Democratic Executive Committee (DEC) tapped the expertise of Effex Agency to create a new dynamic website.

Social Media News Integration

The Brevard DEC needed a website that could feed national, state and local political news to Brevard voters through popular social media channels. We developed a state of the art site that provided the tools to write, publish and share content through Facebook, Twitter, Google + and other social networks. On the front end, we prominently displayed links to the Brevard Democrats' social network profiles, social media feeds and social sharing widgets to encourage site visitors to engage with the party.

Powerful Constituent Relationship Management

On the back end of the website is where some of the most important tools are. Effex Agency deployed and customized the fully featured, open-source CiviCRM constituent relationship management system.

CiviCRM provides the Brevard Democrats with valuable tracking of interested voters, volunteers, donors, event attendees and more. It handles email marketing, event registration and online donations all in one comprehensive system.

Community Events Calendar

A community calendar was important to the Democrats. We implemented a calendar system that allowed party allies, community organizations, campaigns and others to submit events.
